Amazing Oven Roasted Ribs

So my family loves my dad's ribs, so much so that we don't really eat ribs out in restaurants because they usually aren't as good as what we get when we go home. (This is true for steaks, lasagna, spaghetti, ect.) From the tenderness, to the sauce its all my dads cooking methods and love.
So today I wanted to share an oven roasted rib recipe with you that will surely ignite your taste buds.

Ingredients
2# Pork Back Ribs
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2tbs Bbq Seasoning
2tsp of Cumin
2 tbs Hot Sauce
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2tbs or more of Dijion Mustard
Bbq (I have a family recipe, use what you like)

Equipment
9×13 pan
Aluminum Foil
Rack (like a cooling rack for cookies)
Brush
Grill (if you decide you want to finish your ribs on the grill like I did)
Cooking spray

Directions
The night before, season your ribs front and back with just the bbq seasoning and let rest overnight. When your ready to cook your ribs pre heat oven to low broil setting. Line your 9×13 pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Lay rack in or on top of 9×13 pan. On a separate piece of aluminum foil layout seasoned ribs sprinkle front and back with hotsauce, garlic powder, dijion mustard. Then coat with brown sugar and extra bbq seasoning. Place on top of rack place in oven under low broil and cook for 5 minutes on both sides. Then lower oven temperature to 315 degrees, with the ribs still on rack ( so air circulates around meat and cooks evenly.) Cook for 2 hours and 20 min. Remove from oven and finish on your grill of choice, mopping with your bbq sauce choice or an additional 7 minutes on each side. Let rest to get your sides together. Enjoy!
