Yeah that's right it's the third installment of the BEST BURGER CHALLENGE! Is the thinner diner style burger with a souped up special sauce, and a three meat ground combination (Sirloin, Chuck, and Bacon) the ultimate way to go? of the Art Institute of Charlotte Culinary School and owner of:

CRAVEABLE CONCEPTS, a Food and Beverage Management 

and full-service catering company serving the Piedmont area.

Throughout her career she has teamed up with classmates and 

community partners like @crittenton1903 and @the_relatives

to provide culinary and life skills courses to victims of trafficking 

and other forms of violence.

Ashley recently participated in a Soul Food Session

 and is developing a culinary kids program, and book line as well.

For a Night at the Museum, Chef Ashley is teaming up with:

@urbangourmetfarms,

to create a Mushroom Wellington dish featuring a Horseradish Cream, 

Herb Gremolata, and Zucchini and Tomato Ragout. #YUM!!!!
