This is the last video in this year long look at some of the best burger recipes on the net. I have enjoyed watching and trying some of the recipes. I have posted more than one video of this particular youtuber because he is funny and his food looks great and I'm pretty sure it tastes wonderful. There really is no winner but if I were grading it this guy would be hard to beat. Check out Sam the cooking guy as seen on youtube. Thank you and enjoy this video my mouth watered watching it.

COMFORT FOOD: CHEESY VEGGIE PHILLY

2, red or green peppers

1, large onion

3/4 cup sliced baby Bella mushrooms

2, 6 to 8 inch hoagie rolls

mustard

mayonnaise

3, tbsp. McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning

Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

A1 steak sauce

salt & pepper

Directions:

Oil saucepan an turn on medium heat, when oil gets hot throw in julienne peppers and onions, use a light sprinkle of salt and pepper, add the Montreal steak seasoning, a dash or two of A1 and Worcestershire sauce. Let veggies cook until translucent make sure veggies are soft before adding mushrooms and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Open hoagie rolls apply mustard and mayo on opposite sides inside roll, place two slices of cheese in roll, top with sautéed vegetables, then place two more slices of cheese on top of the vegetables. Turn oven on to broil place hoagies inside on foil until top layer of cheese is melted and bun has browned a bit take out of the oven an enjoy.
