Lemon Olive Oil Cake, with citrus curd on top and in between the layers, cream cheese icing, with white chocolate shavings. The lemon Oreos are optional. This moist sour sweet dessert has been a hit with clients as well as family. Paired with a nice glass of cold Almond milk, it's just amazing.
