Chef Ashley Duran Nightengale @chefwonderwomanash
(as seen on instagram) who is a graduate
of the Art Institute of Charlotte Culinary School and owner of:
CRAVEABLE CONCEPTS, a Food and Beverage Management
and full-service catering company serving the Piedmont area.
Throughout her career she has teamed up with classmates and
community partners like @crittenton1903 and @the_relatives
to provide culinary and life skills courses to victims of trafficking
and other forms of violence.
Ashley recently participated in a Soul Food Session
and is developing a culinary kids program, and book line as well.
For a Night at the Museum, Chef Ashley is teaming up with:

@windcrestnc,
@urbangourmetfarms,
to create a Mushroom Wellington dish featuring a Horseradish Cream,
Herb Gremolata, and Zucchini and Tomato Ragout. #YUM!!!!
