Meditterean Eats

As far back as I can remember, on my culinary journey I have always been reminded to eat Mediterranean. The fresh flavors of olive oil, yogurt, whole grains, legumes, and fruits can also provide healthy benefits. These pillars of a Mediterranean diet can aid in reducing the risk of heart disease and diabetes as providing omega-3 , fiber, and antioxidants.  It's just  so darn tasty.
